I would still say when I lost the companies first website, following a dispute with our web developer, we lost our site and the money I had invested towards building it , not only that I had to change a lot of our branding, images, labels everything. Funnily that was probably the best thing to happened to us, it forced me to look at my business model, truly develop my value proposition and who exactly my target audience is . I focused on my business offering and got super clear on what The Soap Connoisseur was about.
